Job Description
The Admin Executive is responsible for sourcing products and services at the most competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that all Purchase Orders are issued promptly to support operational efficiency.
Job Description:
Generating purchase and warehouse orders for Project budget.
E-RFQ and PR-processing for Service requirement.
Sourcing for local / overseas parts.
Co-ordinating with suppliers on deliveries.
Monitoring outstanding purchase orders.
Handling ad hoc purchase requests.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requriements:
Min GCE A Levels / Diploma in Business Studies.
Knowledge of Excel, Words, Access and Power point.
Min 2 years working experience.
Good team player.
Only Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident need to apply.
