Hiring: Admin Executives (Academic Department)

Location: Orchard Campus

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm

Salary range: $2500-3200 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Scope:

1. Monitor the number of students for various programs and schedule for all potential new courses.
2. Responsible for manning the Primary and High School programme.
3. Oversee the activation of relief teachers
4. Overseeing the preparation of internal & external examination
5. Overseeing the teachers’ classroom observation
6. Preparation of new class timetable, resources etc
7. Conduct course induction and orientation for new teachers
8. Management & Supervision of teachers’ duties & committee
9. Monitoring the movement of the report books
10. Monitoring the distribution of students' ID
11. Add/Remove students from the communication platform
12. Monitoring the printing of students' certificates for enrichment activities.
13. Supervision of a team of Academic Staff (for senior staff only)
14. Checking of documents and make sure all academic processes in place
15. Attending to parents’ queries
16. Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives
17. Ensure all administrative works are carried out according to EduTrust Procedures
18. To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies and procedures
19. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Able to work independently as well as in a team
3. Organised and strong follow-up skills
4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
