Job Description
Location: Sembawang/ Toa Payoh
We are seeking a detail-oriented full-time Preschool Centre Admin Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our preschool centre, maintaining records, handling data entry tasks, and ensuring efficient centre office operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with the Centre leader on new enrolments and provide administrative support for enrolment documentation and invoice payments.
- Provide administrative support for report submissions, subsidy and grant applications to relevant external agencies, as well as student withdrawals and record-keeping.
- Follow up with parents on timely payment of invoices, including outstanding or overdue amounts
- Create and maintain student records by entering new enrolments into the CMS and Taidii systems
- Issue monthly or quarterly invoice for school fees, enrichment fees, field trips and any incidental fees via Taidii.
- Prepare collections for Giro deduction
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and quarterly reports
- Manage vendor invoices and send for monthly or any ad-hoc payment processing
- Assist in daily health check,
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Centre leader
