Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with collecting payments from discharged patients
• Provide financial counselling to patients
• Handle patient discharge procedures
• Arrange follow-up appointments for patients
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Strong passion to serve the patients.
• Minimally 1 year of experience in customer service-related roles.
