Job Description:

• Prepare and process Quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely.

• Maintain proper records of quotations, PO numbers, and invoice details in Excel.

• Follow up closely with clients on project progress to ensure completion within deadlines.

• Update and maintain clients’ installation tracking lists (e.g. NTUC, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage) in Excel.

• Liaise and coordinate with installers and the production department to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct stock takes for clients when required.

• Manage stock shipments and arrange proper storage in the warehouse.
  

Job Requirement:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience will be an advantage)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word.

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
