Our client is seeking a Admin cum PA to join their team!

Your Role, Your Influence:

Director Support
Prepare monthly meeting slides
Make restaurant reservations for team meals / meetings
Handle flight bookings (business / team travel)
Track Insurers’ training schedules
Send weekly reminders in group chat on upcoming trainings (CPD Hours) that agents can attend

Managers’ Support (Common Tasks)
Process Life Insurance (PA) claims
Process General Insurance (GI) claims
Prepare GI quotations (e.g. Travel Insurance)
Submit ILP withdrawal forms for clients
Send costing / payment reminders to relevant teams or agents
Prepare and manage festive greeting templates (CNY, Christmas, etc.)
Organise and maintain CRM for Teams clienteles

Recruitment Support (For Managers)
Set recruitment appointments
Follow up on 2nd recruitment appointments
Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Organised and meticulous with strong follow-up skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Comfortable handling administrative and operational tasks
Prior experience in insurance/financial services is an advantage (but not mandatory)
