• Position: Admin Assistant (Interior Design)

• Location: Tai Seng

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Interior Design

Main Responsibilities:

• Typing and formatting documents such as quotations and project related records

• Printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing of documents

• Maintaining sample inventory and storage

• Ensuring office and storage areas are kept neat and organised

• Attend to phone calls, mails & emails

• Coordinating simple errands or follow-ups with suppliers when needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients 

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Experienced in basic administrative or office experience
