Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Assist in daily inventory checks and stock updates
• Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately
• Help maintain proper storage and labeling of inventory
• Notify manager of low stock items or discrepancies
• Support during stocktaking and audit processes

Administrative Support

• Labelling and organizing all daily operation photos ensuring dates and titles are in order
• Upload and back up files into designated folders (e.g., cloud or company drive)
• Prepare photo folders for daily and monthly reports
• Assist in preparing daily store reports (e.g., sales, issues, inventory movement)
• Collect and compile data needed from Operations for monthly reports
• Ensure report submissions are accurate and on time
• Support management with additional reporting needs
• Assisting in drafting and prepare quotations for suppliers and customers and maintaining quotation records
• Follow up on quotation status with vendors or clients if required
• Assist in updating pricing lists and vendor information
• Attend meetings when required and take down meeting minutes as per required
• Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area
• Ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned

Skills

• Hands on approach to all operational aspects
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Education

2 year of relevant experience and education needed

Requirement:

• Willing to work in Macpherson area.
• 3 days working days; 08:30am - 05:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
