Job Description
Job Summary
Handle customer enquiries, coordinate technician schedules, prepare service documents, and support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp in English to provide accurate information and support
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and service reports to support billing and service documentation
- Update and maintain customer records to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up on service reminders
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations and maintain workflow efficiency
- Use WhatsApp Web and Microsoft Excel/Word to communicate and document service activities effectively
- Demonstrate professional and polite phone communication to enhance customer experience
- Adapt quickly to training and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a responsible and proactive attitude
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate with a diverse customer and technician base (moved to Preferred to avoid indirect racial preference)
- Basic computer skills including use of WhatsApp Web and Microsoft Office applications
