Our client is a MNC, one of the largest players in the Real Estate Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.

They are located at Jurong East – Walking distance from the MRT station.

5.5 days work week - Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm

Duties

• Act as the main point of contact for residents and tenants, handling enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist new residents and tenants with onboarding, including card access, keys, and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Coordinate on-site inspections with Technicians and Property Executives to address service requests promptly.
• Manage administrative tasks such as petty cash, facility bookings, and regular reports to HQ Accounts.
• Maintain organized filing systems, track office inventory, and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 'O' Level or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in residential development, service industry will have an added advantage.
