Job Description
Job Description:
- Perform carpark administrative duties
- Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email
- Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner
- Assist in processing and updating client’s data
- Perform month-end closing duties
- Prepare monthly financial report
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and closing of accounts
- Perform month end closing and prepare reconciliation for GL account
- Liaise with insurance agent for car park equipment, bankers guarantee
- Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, banker and tax agents
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of Moneyworks or other accounting software
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player
Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.
