Responsibility:

• Full spectrum HR role, with a strong focus on foreign worker matters

• Main focus on payroll

• Maintain company vehicles, stationery and pantry items

• Plan and organize company events, e.g., team bonding, festive celebrations, D&D

• Any other ad hoc work

Requirements:

• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with PRC workers

• Experience in construction sector and dealing with blue collar foreign workers

• Experience working in an SME environment

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution

• Must have payroll knowledge (CPF, SDL, SHG, IR8A, IR21, etc.,)

• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (QuickHR, Info-Tech)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
