Job Description
* 5 Days work
* Perform day-to-day administrative cum account tasks such as handling emails, maintaining information files, invoicing, and processing paperwork.
* Providing support to the operation team on schedule and deployment and administrative matters.
* Managing staff's claims.
* Maintain office supplies and place orders on materials.
* Maintain and update company databases.
* Positive Attitude and proactive at work.
* Assist to do data entry for accounts for doing year-end closing.
* Handling of company & employee administrative matters.
* Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Able to write and communicate in English.
