Job Description:
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
1) Office stationery management, control and upkeep
2) Management of telephone routing system in office
3) Maintenance and circulation of updated telephone directory list
4) Timely requisition and adequate stock control for office supplies and stationery
5) Price negotiation with admin vendors
6) Matching of airway bill with invoice received from Finance
7) Mail sorting and distribution
8) Office keys and company chops control & management
9) Corporate membership management and license renewal
10) HQ Pantry consumables upkeep and replenishment
11) Supervise contract cleaner to perform according to contractual scope of works
HR ADMINISTRATION
1) Support HR Executive on Onboarding & Offboarding administration
2) Updating of Organization Chart on a regular basis
3) New Hire Announcements when needed
4) Management of Employee uniforms and equipment independently
5) Support HR Executive on Employee Welfare and Benefits facilitation
6) Support HR team during HR Events and programs
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or higher.
- Prefer 2 years relevant working experience in Admin.
- Prefer at least 1 year relevant working experience in HR.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, proactive, able to work in a team, responsive.
- Attention to detail and possess initiative in problem solving.
- Can-do Attitude: positive and willing to learn when dealing with new tasks and problems.
