Role Overview

The ACLP Certified Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, learner-centric, and high-quality training programmes in accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) standards and adult learning best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess strong facilitation skills, practical industry experience, and the ability to create meaningful learning experiences that drive learner engagement and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct professional and engaging classroom and/or virtual training sessions
• Deliver learner-centric training aligned with SSG and WSQ standards
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, group activities, and practical learning exercises
• Create a positive, energetic, and conducive learning environment

Learner Engagement & Support

• Motivate and guide adult learners from diverse backgrounds
• Support learner participation and classroom interaction
• Provide coaching and practical insights during training sessions
• Address learner questions and facilitate effective discussions

Assessment & Administration

• Conduct assessments in accordance with course requirements
• Ensure proper submission of attendance, assessments, and training documentation
• Maintain compliance with SSG and Academy operational standards
• Support post-course learner evaluations and feedback collection

Curriculum & Content Support

• Contribute ideas to improve training materials and learner experience
• Support development of new training programmes where applicable
• Stay updated on industry trends, AI developments, workplace transformation, and emerging skills

Academy Growth & Brand Representation

• Represent REPs Academy professionally during training sessions and events
• Support Academy initiatives, networking events, workshops, and learning engagements
• Contribute towards building a strong learning culture and training excellence ecosystem

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

✅ ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) Certified
OR
✅ ACTA Certified

✅ Familiar with adult learning principles and classroom facilitation

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience conducting SSG-funded or WSQ courses
• Industry experience in any of the following areas:Sales & Business DevelopmentAI & Digital TransformationLeadership & CommunicationFinancial AdvisoryMarketing & BrandingEntrepreneurship
• Strong facilitation and classroom engagement skills
• Comfortable facilitating both physical and virtual training sessions
