Job Description

In Charge of partial Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Day-to-day AR and AP duties including invoicing

Maintain and reconcile vendors/customers statements, handle payment schedules, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Perform any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

Need to adapt and learn company-customized systems.

Requirements

Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting

Preferably with hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English.

Positive attitude, meticulous, organized, and willingness to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Candidate who is able to join within short notice is preferred.
