As an Finance Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Record and maintain financial entries across the general ledger and related systems
• Handle end-to-end processing of vendor bills, staff reimbursements, intercompany settlements, and other monetary transactions
• Administer petty cash disbursements and employee expense claims
• Oversee the upkeep of both receivables and payables ledgers
• Support debt recovery efforts, generate acknowledgment of receipts, and apply incoming payments accurately
• Carry out regular reconciliations across bank statements and clearing accounts
• Monitor and track organisational expenditure on an ongoing basis
• Upkeep of the fixed asset schedule including computation of depreciation charges
• Provide administrative and financial support for grant-related submissions, subsidy schemes, and external funding programmes
• Compile month-end closing entries and prepare supporting schedules for management reporting and audit purposes
• Assist with periodic regulatory filings including GST returns, external audits, and corporate tax processes
• Uphold adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and standard operating procedures
• Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or senior leadership

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software is an advantage
