Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients.
• Assist the auditor in preparing and maintaining accurate audit documentation and reports.
• Company incorporations, liquidations, and striking off procedures.
• Assist with the filing of annual returns and routine notifications with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ARCA).
• Prepare necessary documents for Annual Filing. etc AGM, EGM, Resolutions
• Provide support to the Team Manager and ensure clients’ continued compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review/update and maintain proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance.
• Applying work pass (EP, SP, WP) for the clients.
• Responsible for ensuring that commitment to the client is followed-up in a timely

Job Requirements：

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with MS Office software
• Be familiar with government websites, such as ACRA, MOM and IRAS
• Must have good written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• A good team player and able to assist in various office duties
