Responsibilities:

– Responsible for the accounting of receipts and contra.

– Maintain debtors listing (including provision and write-off).

– Purge utilised disbursements.

– Banking duties

– Cover files closing process

– Cover account payable when necessary

– Take on any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

– Relevant accounting qualification & experience.

– Meticulous, resourceful and self-driven.

– Strong sense of commitment & urgency to complete given tasks.
