To enhance our accounting setup in Singapore, we are looking for a structured and collaborative Accounts Executive to join our team and support our growing Pacific region. You will join our team located in Suntec City, Singapore.

In this operational, high impact role, you will ensure timely invoice processing, accurate reimbursements, clean reconciliations and transparent monthly expenditure — all essential for enabling informed decisions across regions and keeping our financial workflows dependable.

The tasks that await you

Your key responsibilities will include to:

• Upload supplier invoices into the approval workflow and post approved invoices in the accounting system.

• Process and post cash and credit card reimbursements in line with company policy.

• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on variances.

• Support timely booking, analysis and control of monthly expenditure.

• Contribute ideas to improve data flows, accuracy and process efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Singapore, the Pacific region and Copenhagen to ensure smooth and transparent financial operations.

Your competencies and core qualifications
You bring an attentive approach to your work. The kind that helps you spot when something looks slightly off and gently steer the process back on track.

You hold a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience within the field of accounting.

Besides this, we are looking for a colleague who:

• Brings practical accounts payable experience where cost is recognised and posted to multi dimensions.

• Is genuinely curious about smarter ways of working, comfortable exploring new digital tools and small process automations that make accounting workflows cleaner and more efficient.
