Bookkeeping & Accounts Maintenance

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of SME clients across various industries
• Record and classify day-to-day financial transactions accurately in accordance with client chart of accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable reconciliations, and petty cash management
• Maintain proper and organised source document filing — both digital and physical — in line with firm standards
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and present findings clearly for client or senior review

Compilation of Financial Statements

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SFRS for Small Entities (SFRS for SE)
• Prepare supporting schedules including fixed asset schedules, prepayment and accrual schedules, and intercompany reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of directors' reports and notes to financial statements
• Liaise with clients to obtain necessary supporting documents and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support seniors in coordinating with external auditors during the year-end audit process where applicable

Client & Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounting records and compliance calendars
• Flag irregularities, unusual transactions, or missing documentation to senior staff promptly
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the team
