Job Summary

Support the operations and accounting departments by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to support the operations department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of delivery and service orders
• Schedule and manage delivery and maintenance activities to optimize operational workflows and meet project timelines
• Administer Accounts Receivable functions by generating invoices and proactively following up on collections to maintain healthy cash flow
• Maintain and update accounting records and files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the computerized accounting system to enhance financial data management and reporting
• Support daily administrative operations by managing ad-hoc tasks and collaborating with team members to meet department objectives
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational processes and resolve issues promptly
• Adapt to a dynamic, multi-tasking work environment while working independently and demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude
