Job Scope Overview

• Handle full set of accounts, including recording of accounting transactions and preparation of relevant accounting schedules
• Quarterly GST filing
• Preparation of unaudited financial statements
• Preparation of annual return filing documents and maintenance of corporate secretarial records/file
• Liaise with clients (mainly mandarin and english speaking)
• Assist in office administrative work
• Any other adhoc duties

Qualification

• Diploma in accounting and above
• Interest in further education with ACCA are also welcome
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
• Experience in QuickBooks and Xero will be an advantage
• Pleasant personality with good working attitude, team orientated and willingness to learn
