Job Description
💰 Salary: Up to $2,100 per month
🗓️ Contract: 2 Months
⏰ Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Havelock MRT (Nearest MRT)
Responsibilities:
-Verify and process vendor invoices and credit notes, managing any exceptions.
-Execute payment runs accurately and on time.
-Review and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
-Handle general data entry and maintain accurate financial records, both digital and physical.
-Assist with any ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent education.
-Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar AP-focused role.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
-Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office functions, including Excel and Word.
