Job Description
Handle full set of accounts and month end closing;
Prepare GST returns;
Prepare monthly payment by internet banking or cheque payment;
Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for company related matters;
Prepare staffs payroll, CPF submission, IR8A & IR21;
Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting;
Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules;
Ensure compliance with accounting policy and procedures; and
Assist in any ad hoc assignment.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, ACCA or Equivalent;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Positive, organised, proactive, meticulous and responsible individual;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to work independently;
Strong sense of task ownership;
Good knowledge of SFRS/IFRS; and
Those with IT background/experience especially in modern automation tools are highly desired.
