We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team in managing daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Support month-end closing and report preparation.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit compliance.
• Assist Finance Manager with financial data collation and reporting tasks.
• Handle Ad hoc tasks as required delegated by management.

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Good learning attitude and able to work independently.

• 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) from 08:00am - 17:45pm
