About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive (Finance) to join our Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will handle key accounting functions such as AP, AR, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice processing and payment follow-ups

Assist in month-end closing, journal entries, and bank reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare payment vouchers/petty cash claims

Support preparation of financial statements, GST submissions, and audit schedules

Coordinate with internal teams to track outstanding receivables

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Provide general finance and administrative support as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads welcome to apply)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero) is an advantage

Meticulous, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with clients and stakeholders
