Job Description
LIMN Law Corporation invites applicants for an Accounts and Administrative Assistant position to join our team. The Firm, having been set up in 2018, has carved out a niche for itself in the key area of Construction Disputes and we are looking for a team member who is equally driven and highly motivated to join us.
Requirements:
Diploma in Law/Business/Accounting or equivalent;
IT savvy (MS Office, Outlook and Adobe etc);
Good command of written and spoken English;
Able to work both independently and in a team;
Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Meticulous, a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient accounts, secretarial and administrative support to lawyers;
Provide file and calendar management (including open/close files and due diligence checks);
Assist with file and office related financial matters (including prepare and send out bills); and
Other secretarial or administrative functions as required.
