Job Summary

The role is responsible for managing key accounting functions AR, AP and GL posting while supporting GST submissions and daily administrative operations. You will help ensure accurate financial records, smooth vendor and internal communication, and provide payroll support as part of the Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

• Process AR to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Manage AP by verifying and recording vendor invoices for prompt payment.
• Record GL to maintain accurate financial data for reporting and audit requirements.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain organised and accurate financial records while coordinating with bankers, auditors, vendors, and internal teams as required.
• Support payroll processing and HR matters to ensure accurate pay and smooth HR operations.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support overall office efficiency.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or related field with relevant accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, HR, and administrative roles with proven reliability and independence.
• Able to meet deadlines, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar accounting, HR (payroll), and administrative role is an advantage.
