- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) for both retail and salon operations.

- Oversee daily accounting functions including revenue reconciliation from POS systems, cash collection verification, and bank reconciliations across multiple business units.

- Manage inventory accounting for retail goods and salon products, including stock valuation, shrinkage control, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking where applicable.

- Monitor gross profit margins, cost of sales, and operating expenses to ensure profitability of both mini-mart and salon activities.

- Prepare and analyse consolidated monthly financial and management reports to support business decision-making.

- Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting aligned with business growth strategies.

- Ensure proper recording of inter-company transactions (if applicable), accruals, provisions, and foreign exchange adjustments.

- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS, ensuring full compliance with Singapore tax regulations.

- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including audit coordination, corporate reporting, and regulatory filings.

- Strengthen internal controls over inventory management, cash handling, procurement, and payment processes to minimise financial risk.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and company secretary to facilitate smooth financial operations.

- Lead and supervise the finance team, improving accounting systems, workflows, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
