• Prepare and manage cashflow forecast
• Approve cash related transaction
• Liaise with banker
• Prepare and review annual budget
• Prepare monthly actual vs budget analysis report for management review
• Report financial information to headquarters
• Manage month end closing and prepare financial statement
• Ensure the company is adhering to FRS standards and internal accounting policies.
• Liaise with auditors on half yearly reporting review, J-SOX, and annual statutory financial report.
• Plan, test, report to HQ, and correspond to external auditor.
• Liaise with the appointed tax agents on all taxation matters
• Prepare and timely filing of the corporate income tax with the assistance of appointed tax agent
• Prepare and timely submit the quarterly GST report
• Liaise with appointed lawyer on all corporate secretarial matters
• Timely filing of the forms to the accounting and corporate regulatory authority with the assistance of appointed lawyer.
• To grow and develop team member accounting skills and knowledge through internal and external training.
• Streamline department work process and improve workflow.
• Support Ad-hoc assignment from Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of experiences in Accounting
