Job Description
Position title : Accounts Assistant (AR) cum Admin
Industry: High End Automobile Company
Location: Sin Ming Drive (Ang Mo Kio / Bishan)
5 day work week, 9am - 6pm
Basic Salary : 2600 - 2800 + AWS _ VB
Entitled to Free Lunch & Tea Breaks [2 Meals]
Company is High End Automobile Company in serving luxuries car brands like BMW and mercedes.
Account Receivable:
• Casting, recording and posting customer receipts and filling
• Ensure all payments are properly posted
• Review accounts, client payment and credit history
• Sending reminders and follow-ups for outstanding accounts.
Adhoc:
• Ordering Stationery (rotation)
• Ordering Lunch for team (rotation)
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed
