Job Description
Introduction
This is a 6-month contract role to cover a maternity leave period. The Accountant will support the finance team in managing consolidation, reporting, and coordination with overseas subsidiaries to ensure smooth financial operations during the incumbent’s absence.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the accounts of a few entities, namely Holdings company, two dormant investment holdings companies, and a subsidiary.
Lead and provide guidance to the subordinates for accounts closing for Holdings company and the subsidiary.
Preparation of monthly Management Reports for the two dormant investment holdings companies.
Assist the manager in the preparation of consolidated financial statement.
Assist in liaison with overseas subsidiaries.
Other ad-hoc assignment.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required
Degree holder or equivalent in Accountancy.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
Possess a good working attitude, strong analytical skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
