About Our Client

Our client is a global, technology-enabled organisation headquartered in Singapore, operating across multiple international markets. The company manages a multi-entity structure and partners with leading institutions and service providers worldwide.

Job Description

• Take ownership of full-set bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Support group consolidation across multiple legal entities, including intercompany reconciliations
• Work closely with banking partners on treasury matters such as cash management, bank reconciliations, and foreign exchange transactions
• Assist in external audits, including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor queries
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and finance system enhancements where applicable

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA)
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or regional environment
• Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements
• Experience supporting multi-entity reporting or consolidation
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
