• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly/year-end closing.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and relevant statements.
• Manage GST filings, corporate tax submissions, and XBRL annual returns.
• Review and process staff expense claims accurately and on time.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks for audits and compliance matters.
• Support budgeting and financial analysis for management decisions.
• Assist in implementing SAP and improving finance processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc finance tasks and cross-department projects.
