Key Responsibilities

Handle full-set accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing.

Prepare and review financial statements—Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow, and variance analyses.

Oversee GST and corporate tax filings; ensure compliance with SFRS and IRAS guidelines.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Collaborate with external auditors; prepare audit schedules and support audit processes.

Generate ad-hoc and scheduled management reports.

Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting SOPs.

Utilize Xero for accounting processes; improve workflows and ensure data integrity.

Assist with payroll administration and expense tracking as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

3–4 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore.

Proven hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.

Strong knowledge of Singapore tax principles—including GST and corporate tax.

Familiarity with SFRS and IRAS requirements.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with proactive mindset.

Professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.

Experience with audit processes and external auditor coordination.

Exposure to multi-entity accounting or internal financial analysis.

Prior involvement in payroll functions and HR accounting procedures.
