Job Summary

You will manage full-spectrum accounting functions and support group-level financial operations, reporting directly to the Finance Manager and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and banks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and perform month-end and year-end closing to ensure accurate financial records
• Manage banking operations by monitoring cash flow, performing reconciliations, and handling financing documentation
• Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to ensure compliance and smooth audits
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements in all accounting and financial activities
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support ad-hoc finance projects by applying accounting expertise and problem-solving skills as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proven experience in group consolidation and full set accounting
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with banks and auditors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with EZ Accounting software
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external parties

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary: S$3,800 – S$4,500 per month
• Conducive working environment with supportive management
• Convenient East location (Loyang / Changi)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Direct exposure to group-level finance operations and reporting to the Finance Manager
