We are looking for a Account Servicing Executive to support our residential interior designer clients. This role is mainly communication-based

Roles:

• Be the main point of contact for interior designer clients (phone/WhatsApp)

• Respond to enquiries and follow up on project updates

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, delivery)

• Track project status and ensure requirements are met

• Maintain client records and communication logs

• Support day-to-day account servicing duties

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (especially phone/WhatsApp)

• Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups

• Positive attitude

• Comfortable handling occasional weekend messages
