Job Scope:

• Execute daily financial operations, including processing centre collection summaries, student refunds, and relevant reconciliations in the internal system.
• Facilitate the monthly accounting close by preparing necessary journal entries and generating detailed audit schedules.
• Compile and analyze financial data for the preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly GST returns, and annual audit and tax documentation.
• Generate additional financial reports to support half-year reviews, strategic business planning, and the annual budgeting process
• Ensure financial integrity by performing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate project accounting records.
• Serve as a key liaison for external auditors during the annual field audit and assist in resolving annual tax queries.
• Support strategic initiatives by inputting budgets for the new financial year and providing data-driven insights.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of experience in Accounting settings
• Working Hours: Weekdays
