1. Job Description:

(1) Accounting & Finance

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
• Process invoices, progress claims, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

(2) Construction / Project Accounting

• Track project costs, expenses, and variations.
• Prepare project cost reports and margin analysis.
• Assist in processing billings, claims, and retention sums.
• Coordinate with project managers on cost control and documentation.

(3) Statutory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Prepare GST submissions and liaise with IRAS.
• Assist in corporate tax computations and audits.
• Handle CPF submissions, staff claims, and payroll support (if required).

(4) Administrative & Coordination

• Maintain proper filing of accounting and project documents.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and suppliers.
• Support year-end closing and audit exercises.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

2. Job Requirements:

• Proficient in English / Chinese communication.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in construction or project-based accounting preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software.
• Good knowledge of GST and Singapore accounting practices.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
