🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

1️⃣ Sales & Customer Management

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare quotations, reminders, and sales orders

• Conduct follow-ups, cold calls, and customer retention activities

• Visit customer sites (Sales Executives) to assess equipment and support calibration enquiries

• Gather and report customer feedback on pricing, turnaround time, and service quality

2️⃣ Order Processing & Job Coordination

• Issue work orders for in-house and on-site calibration jobs

• Schedule site jobs and coordinate timely execution

• Arrange collection and return of customers’ instruments, including liaising with third-party logistics providers

3️⃣ Administrative & Support Functions

• Support finance team in following up on outstanding invoices and aging debts

• Manage customer surveys and handle compliments, complaints, and feedback professionally
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, or related field

• Sales or customer service experience, or experience in measuring instruments or calibration is a plus — but not required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong willingness to learn and continuously upgrade skills

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
