We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing Produce Design team. This isn’t just another creative role—you’ll be designing the critical interfaces and workflows that connect all product lines and internal systems. Your work will directly shape the human experience of how our business runs at scale.

You’ll get to design and own end-to-end experiences that cut across multiple domains, solve complex usability and data visualization challenges, and bring efficiency and clarity to our operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on design role where your solutions will directly power the company’s growth and stability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design goals.
• Deliver end-to-end design solutions, and work closely with the development team to ensure the design meets the expected goals.
• Maintain and update existing design systems and templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose comprehensive solutions to enhance the user experience, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed.

Requirement

• 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in fintech related applications.
• Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems, along with a user-centered mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, quickly adapting to changes and driving product progress through continuous iteration.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively facilitating cross-departmental teamwork.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
