Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads to generate interest and sales opportunities
• Highlight unique selling features of each product to effectively communicate value to customers
• Understand customer concerns by actively listening and respond to their needs to build trust and satisfaction
• Apply cross-selling techniques to increase sales by identifying and recommending products tailored to customer needs
