Job Description

Maintain full set of accounts.
Ensures that the accounting database is maintained accurately, and all relevant internal reports are prepared on a timely basis. You will also be responsible for fundamental accounting functions (bank, cash, authorization controls) including journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
Monitor fund movement through bank reconciliation
Maintain proper records of assets of the Organization
Provides timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, investigating variances, correcting errors where necessary
Prepare and update Financial Reports & schedules for accounts for audit
Liaising with external auditors for the audit of annual financial statements
Assist in submission of financial and regulatory reporting on accounts and governance issues to IRAS
Prepare and submission of Quarterly GST
Prepare daily & weekly payroll & advances to Security Officers
Prepare monthly balance salary to Security Officers
Prepare tax clearance for resigned foreign employees
Prepare e-submission of employment income for all employees
General Admin duties assigned, ad-hoc assignment and any other tasks as assigned by Director
6 days work per week (able to help with urgent payment at night and on Sunday)
