Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Handle full of accounts using OCI Account software, PAYDAY HRMS software, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
• Able to handling HR duties.
• Prepare invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and follow up on payments.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly accounts closing.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing of financial documents.
• Prepare basic financial reports such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in GST submission and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors when required.
• Handle petty cash and expense claims.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in MYOB is mandatory.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
