The Job

• Analyze and investigate complicated insurance claims
• Perform detailed site inspections
• Review and process new vehicle claims reports
• Uphold relationships and communication with insurance departments and customer
• Organize and present vehicle claims review plan
• Negotiate settlement
• Resolve vehicle claims in a timely manner
• Support the workshop day-to-day operation
• Ensuring workshop operation follow the company SOP closely
• Other adhoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ in a similar position
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of insurance claims negotiation and settlement techniques
• Able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast pace environment
• Working Days （Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Alt Sat: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
