Service & Sales Engineer
Location: Redhill 
Reporting To: Local Division Director
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (in office), Friday (work from home), 8:30am – 5:15pm
Salary Range: $4,000 – $5,000 + Mobile Allowance $60 + Transport Allowance $800

Purpose of the Role

Provide technical service, maintenance and support for E-mobility systems across Southeast Asia, including on-site and in-house activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and basic programming of E-mobility systems (QCC) on scheduled and ad-hoc basis.

• Diagnose, repair and maintain systems and associated controllers.

• Respond to service requests via phone or electronic communication channels.

• Prepare and submit service reports and equipment performance records in internal systems.

• Conduct system repair, upgrade and restart activities at customer sites.

• Record all service activities in CRM system and complete required documentation.

• Coordinate service schedules and activities with internal stakeholders.

• Liaise with production units for warranty parts return and technical support.

• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure records are updated accurately in relevant systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of technical service experience.

• Experience in electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.

• Able to travel within Southeast Asia (approximately 10% per month).

• May be required to respond to service calls outside standard working hours when necessary.
