Job Title: Fundraising Officer

Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri 8.30am–5.30pm
Salary: $2,500 – $3,500

Job Overview

Support fundraising through donor management, corporate partnerships, events coordination, reporting, and digital campaigns. Report to the Fundraising Lead and coordinate with internal teams to align donations with programme needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage donor enquiries, acknowledgements, updates, and follow-ups (individual and corporate).

• Coordinate and execute fundraising events (vendors, venues, publicity, logistics, post-event follow-up).

• Track event budgets, expenses, quotations, invoices, and receipts.

• Maintain donor database and online giving platforms.

• Track donations, campaign performance, and prepare reports for management/board.

• Support digital fundraising campaigns and content updates.

• Provide administrative support for grant applications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 1 –2years’ experience in fundraising, partnerships, or events management.

• Experience in nonprofit/social service sector preferred.

• Able to manage donor data, budgets, and fundraising reporting.
