Location: Pioneer

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: 8:30 - 5:45 (Mon - Thurs), 8:30 - 5:15 (Fri)

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full process of the internship programmes assigned, including the management of incoming queries.
• Manage the incoming queries from the stakeholders of internship, ie students, employers and schools, promptly
• Follow up with the assessment requirement from all stakeholders to ensure completion of internship
• Work with the Team Manager and colleagues to educate and raise awareness of internship.
• Monitor the internship progress and  collate the statistics of the internship programmes assigned and report at biweekly meetings.
• Work alongside with the Team Manager and colleagues to resolve internship-related issues within the assigned programme.
• Work with schools to support internship initiatives including outreach to students or faculty.
• Engage potential employers to garner relevant internship opportunities.
• Other tasks that assist to improve the internship work of the internship team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Relevant work experience preferably in internship management, programme/project management, customer service management and process engineering.
• Successful track record in the managing of internships and cooperative education is highly advantageous.
• Basic understanding about tertiary education landscape, career development and job market.
• Confident and Comfortable in engaging external stakeholders.
