Sales Specialist – Construction / Building Materials

Location: Yew Tee

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $3,000 – $5,600

Benefits: AWS, Performance Bonus, Annual Leave from 14 days

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders (developers, architects, contractors).
• Monitor project progress and forecast material requirements.
• Provide tailored solutions, training, and support to customers.
• Report on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
• Ensure clear communication on payment terms and sales agreements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Proven track record in project-based sales.
• Possess own car or motorcycle for site visits.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and resilient with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
